Damaged Order

If there has been damage to your product in transit, please reach out to us with a photo. We'll replace the cost of the can or can(s), or give credit toward your next purchase.

Missing Order

If for some reason the product does not arrive, we will offer a full refund or replace the order.

Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within four (4) hours of submitting it. If your shipment has already left the warehouse, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it. Refunds will not be issued on shipments that are in transit.

Delivery Time

Big Drop Brewing cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot cancel a shipment once it's in transit. If a product is in transit and is taking longer than expected, we will not issue a refund in the event the product arrives later than expected.

We endeavor to ensure all goods are packaged as suitable as possible for transit. In the rare occurrence that your cans arrived severely damaged please contact us customersupport@bigdropbrew.com

General Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our products and would like to request a refund, please reach out to us to receive a shipping label in order to send back your product for a refund. A refund will be issued once received at our warehouse.

General Terms of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who we believe have harassed our staff, are aggressive, or maybe engaging in mail fraud.
